Writing
He writes of intimacy amid diaspora. His chapter in Transatlantic Letters (Universidad de Deusto, 2022) considers the United States and the Basque Country as comparative sites of enduring violence. His current writing seeks to unearth the multiple gardens (fictional, colonial, otherwise) that undergird and overlap contemporary Goan literature. His forthcoming novel seeks to exhume and exalt such afterlives of enslavement that twin the Indian and Atlantic Ocean worlds.
